Hi, I'm Jennifer, a UX Designer from Louisville, Kentucky

I'm an explorer of design flows and user behavior who has been on the user experience journey since 2010, learning to balance the goals of the audience with feasibility and business goals. My most vital skills are simplifying complex sets of rules and requirements down to more pleasant user interactions. I've had the unique privilege of working on various projects such as online victim notification, prescription monitoring programs, online firearm licensing, and online retail marketplaces. Through all of these projects, I've practiced user-centered design and usability best practices. I find the greatest joy on this journey in collaborating with and learning from people across many different disciplines.
